Attempting to use Prism caused a crash.

16GB Kingston HyperX Blu edition DDR3 @ 1600MHz (stock speed)

I will attempt to run EVEHQ in compatibility mode for Windows 7 with administrative rights and post further details.

Attempted to run in Windows 7 compatibility mode with admin privileges and the asset viewer feature of Prism still causes the same crash.

I was attempting to view assets for a corp API that I was given by my CEO which was working find until I updated to Windows 10. I ran the Windows app troubleshooter and it is reporting that EVEHQ is an incompatible app.

As this is a corp API, I cannot do that per our policies. My personal API is working as intended, but corp APIs are not.

In API Key Management, I clicked the check API keys and they show active. In Prism, when I click Download API data, I do not get any errors.
