EVE HQ Error then Won't Start

Greetings,

Installing today for the first time. Version 2.31.7. Installed, restarted PC, ran EVE HQ (as administrator), then following error:

Clicking Exit also yields this error:

Clicking Continue leaves me stuck at a loading screen that never actually continues (gave up after about 10 minutes) from this screen:

I never heard of something like this.
Would you mind trying the following ? viewtopic.php?f=2&t=184

Do you have data from EveHQ you don't want to loose ?

This is my first ever attempt to use EveHQ so, no there is no data that needs to be saved.

That's really strange.

I have no idea what is going on. I'm creating an issue on our bug tracker for your problem.
Are you sure to run both installer and EveHQ as administrator ?

I have no glue what's happening. The only thing I can notice is that your user profile is located on a network shared folder:
\\PPS-SERVER\User Profiles\bqualls\AppData\Roaming\EveHQ

It's possible that you have no enough rights to create or write to this folder or EveHQ has no enough rights to do it. Try to install on a different machine that has user profile located on a local disk, machine that is not a part of a Windows domain. Local admin rights will not help with installation on a machine that a part of a Windows domain.
