There was a error writing Buy Orders File. The error was:

Index out of range. Must be non-negative and less than the size of the collection.

Sorry, about the delayed replay. I was using the Prism pluggin for Market Orders and I was exporting the the orders to a CSV file. I selected the Owner, hit the export button, Hit the OK button, and the error window pops up every time.

Sorry, man, but can't reproduce your error on 2.31.8 with my characters. Can you please try do export in the most resent version?

I may be caused by a uncommon case related to his data.
